Yule is built by a small team. We read every message and reply within two working days, usually sooner.

Helping us help you

The more precise your message, the faster the answer. Where you can, tell us:

• your phone model and its iOS or Android version;
• your Yule version, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen;
• what you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead.

A screenshot is often worth more than a description.
