Delete My Account and Data

You can request the deletion of your Yule account and the associated personal data at any time, whether or not the application is still installed on your device.

From within the app

Open Settings, then "Edit Profile". At the bottom of the screen, tap "Want to delete your account? Delete it here." and confirm. Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, send an email to yule@alpagam.com from the email address linked to your account, requesting that your account be deleted.

Please include in your message: We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

• the email address of your Yule account;
• your in-app username, if you know it.

Data that is deleted

Deletion permanently removes:

• your profile: username, email address, date of birth, profile picture;
• your preferences and settings, including alcohol consumption preferences;
• your friends list;
• your game history.

Data retained temporarily

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, some technical records (e.g. connection logs) may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion before being permanently erased.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You can also request the deletion of only part of your data while keeping your Yule account. Send an email to yule@alpagam.com from the email address linked to your account, specifying which data is concerned.

The following can be deleted separately: We process these requests within the same 30-day period and confirm the deletion by email.

• your game history;
• your friends list;
• your profile picture;
• your preferences and settings, including alcohol consumption preferences.

Some data remains necessary for the account to work and cannot be deleted while the account exists: your email address, your username, and your date of birth (required for age verification). To have them deleted, request the full deletion of your account as described above.
